NOMURA Co., Ltd.'s powerlifter Tetsuo Nishizaki (men's 54kg class, competed in the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games) will be competing in the 19th All-Japan Para Powerlifting International Invitation Championships, which will be held from February 2nd (Sat) to 3rd (Sun), 2019.

■ Main highlights of this tournament
This tournament is a designated tournament for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, and will feature some of Japan's top athletes.
Furthermore, this will be the first time that multiple overseas teams will participate in the All Japan Championships, with teams from three strong countries - Laos, Vietnam, and South Korea - taking part.
Additionally, the venue, Nihon Kogakuin Hachioji College, and the Japan Para Powerlifting Federation will collaborate on concept design and management of the tournament, introducing new ideas.
