NOMURA, Ltd. has been holding the "Tohoku and Tokyo Collaboration Light Box" project since 2013.

This year, we once again held a workshop inviting the people of NOMURA, with whom we have strengthened our ties since the Great East Japan Earthquake through NOMURA Group's support activity "Let's Connect Together Project!", the neighboring businesses and residents of the Odaiba area, and Nomura Group employees.

More than 500 colorful and unique "light boxes" will be collected and displays in Ishinomaki and Odaiba.

We hope that the "box of light" will color Odaiba, connect Tohoku and Tokyo, and become a "light of hope."

*"Light Box" is a kit devised by Mr. Taizo Matsumura, a sculptor from Aomori Prefecture, and it is a box that changes various patterns when held up to light.
