The 20th "Brussels Flower Carpet" was held in Brussels, Belgium

The Brussels Flower Carpet, which is held once every two years, was held from August 12th to 15th at the World Heritage Grand Place in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, on the theme of Japan in conjunction with the 150th anniversary of friendship between Japan and Belgium.
The theme of this year's Flower Carpet was "Flowers, Birds, Wind and Moon." Fujie Suzuki, the first Japanese concept design to design the carpet (working drawings: Marc Schautteet), from Nomura Co., NOMURA, also attended the local event. According to the City of Brussels, during the four-day event, nearly 100,000 visitors came to the Grand Place to see the Flower Carpet, making it a spectacular event worthy of the 150th anniversary of friendship.
