[2015 concept design Award] Awarded for 3 consecutive years at the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards

At the 23rd "Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards 2015 (APIDA)" sponsored by the Hong Kong Interior concept design Association (HKIDA), Keiu Tamura of NOMURA, Ltd. was in charge of spatial concept design and Kenji Ogino was in charge of creative engineering direction. "Yaskawa Electric Miraikan" (Client: Yaskawa Electric Corporation) won the Excellence Award in the public space category.

 

The award, which celebrates its 23rd anniversary this year, was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center on November 23, with approximately 300 designers and industry experts gathered to hold the award ceremony. This year, there were more than 600 entries from the Asia-Pacific region, and 1 Gold Award, 1 Silver Award, 1 Bronze Award, 2 Excellence Awards, and BEST 10 were selected from each of the 10 categories.

 

This is the third year in a row that Toyota won the award, following four awards, including "W Guangzhou FEI" in 2013 and "Toyota Museum of Industry and Technology" in 2014.

[What is the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards]

It is an award that represents Asia and is organized by HKIDA, an interior concept design association in Hong Kong, and evaluates from the perspective of innovation, functionality, and spatial planning. 2015 marked the 23rd anniversary of its establishment, and each year it receives approximately 600 submissions from the Asia-Pacific region. For 23 years it has been promoting professional standards and ethics in the practice of interior concept design in the Asia Pacific region and continues to provide recognition to interior concept design projects and designers.
