Announcement of the release of the book "Space concept design for Children and Adults"

"Space concept design for Children and Adults," co-authored by Associate Professor Ayako Naka of Toyo University's School of Life concept design and NOMURA Team M, which works to create environments where children and adults can live comfortably together, was released on Wednesday, January 31st.
This book interviews facility designers and operators to explore common concept design concepts for "spaces that are comfortable for both children and adults," and introduces many good practices. It is a book that considers the creation of spaces of the future, proposing new ways of creating spaces that are comfortable for both children and adults.

Ayako Naka
Associate Professor, Department of Human environmental design, Faculty of Life concept design, Toyo University. PhD (Engineering)
Graduated from Kyoto University and completed graduate studies at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. After working at environmental design Institute and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, he is currently in his current position. His specialties are children's environments and medical and welfare architecture. His main designs include children's hospitals, elementary schools, nurseries, baby rest rooms, and homes.
