In cooperation with management, health insurance associations, and industrial physicians, we will grasp and analyze health information, implement measures, and work to maintain and improve health.

Health management promotion system

Led by the Health Management Officer, who is the officer in charge of human resources, we promote health management in collaboration with the health management promotion department/person in charge and various stakeholders such as the health insurance association and labor union.

We have created a “strategy map” to solve management issues related to health, set targets and indicators, and are promoting specific initiatives to maintain and improve health.

Based on our Health Management Declaration, we are implementing various initiatives for the health of our employees and their families, centered on the following four areas.

Certified as a “2024 Health and Productivity Management Organization (Large Corporation Category)”
   
Our company has been certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi as a 2024 Health and Productivity Management Organization (Large Enterprise Category). We will continue to promote health management to further improve the health and job satisfaction of our employees, and aim to create an environment where they can continue to work in a safe, secure, and healthy manner.
