Understanding and penetration of diversity and inclusion

As part of our efforts to foster an understanding and culture of diversity for all employees, we are conducting "Introductory Diversity & Inclusion Training" and "Unconscious Bias Training."

 

Promoting women's participation and advancement in the workplace

Our company strives to create an environment where women can work comfortably, be motivated, demonstrate their abilities, and continue working. As a specific initiative, we are formulating and promoting an action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (commonly known as the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace).

Promotion of active participation of people with disabilities

We provide an environment where people with various types of disabilities can work safely and securely, by providing jobs that match the individuality of each employee with a disability, and by using satellite offices with support.

 

Promoting life-work balance

We provide various systems related to work styles (flextime, telework, etc.) to support a balance between work and treatment, as well as handbooks related to nursing care.

 

External evaluation

In September 2021, we received “Eruboshi Certification (Three Stars)”.

 

As a "childcare support company," we have received Kurumin certification (2 stars) certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.
