W Osaka

W Osaka, developed by Sekisui House and operated by Marriott International, is a luxury lifestyle hotel with 27 floors above ground, one basement, 117.34 meters in height, and 337 rooms.
The construction site is located along Midosuji Street in Minamisenba 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka. It was designed by Nikken Sekkei and design supervision by Tadao ANDO. The interior concept design is concrete. our company was in charge of production construction for interiors.

One of the brands developed by Marriott International, the luxury lifestyle hotel W, established in New York in 1998, is making its first appearance in Japan.


[Social Issues/Customer Issues/Requests]
Despite the glamorous concept design, the ceiling and walls were all three-dimensional, making the construction and construction extremely difficult.

In order to realize the wishes of the business owner and the designer, the construction was completed successfully through the concerted efforts of all concerned to pursue quality in every detail.
