TORIBA COFFEE ～Boutique Coffee Roaster～

Toriba Coffee Ginza Main Store is a boutique roaster with a specialty coffee bean shop on the first floor and a self-roasting factory on the second floor. To express the "Hawaii" at the heart of its concept, we aimed to create a luxurious space with an open facade concept design that allows the aroma of coffee to waft out onto the street. In addition, the 7.3-meter-high vertical garden installed in the atrium, which includes some real plants, provides a new view to the Ginza area and creates a relaxed atmosphere within the store, resulting in a more refined space. Our company assisted with the basic concept, design, layout, and interior administration.
