In 2023, Suntory founder Shinjiro Torii will celebrate the 100th anniversary of making whiskey in Yamazaki. At Yamazaki Distillery, we carried out anniversary renovations with the main purpose of further improving quality and promoting the appeal of the distillery.
Our company is in charge of working drawings and construction of fixtures and signs.
By renovating the Yamazaki Distillery, we will be able to promote the delicate whiskey making unique to the Japanese, nurtured by Japan's nature and climate, and finished by the skills of its creators, and the charm of the distillery as a manufacturing site. , there was a request for a facility that could be experienced even more.
In order to express the essence of manufacturing, we reuse copper plates cut from pot stills operated at the Yamazaki Distillery for the bar counter and signs.
It was reassuring that the quality was high and they were able to respond flexibly to changes in small requests.
