[Project Description]
We assisted with the design and construction work for the relocation of "Sabatini di Firenze," a superb, authentic Italian restaurant that embodies the essence of Tuscan cuisine, boasting a history of over 100 years in Italy and nearly 40 years in Ginza.
With concept design concept of "connecting," we redefined the Sabatini style as "not a tradition of preserving old things as they are and passing them on to future generations, but a tradition of using old things while challenging ourselves with new things and innovating," and created a new "Sabatini di Firenze" that meets the expectations of our loyal customers.
