Refinverse Group Co., Ltd. Office relocation

The Refineverse Group has adopted the concept of "Waste to Wealth" and is working on "new manufacturing" using waste as a resource. With this office relocation, we were in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors construction work.

The three challenges were how to implement construction with reduced environmental impact, how to increase the recycling rate of industrial waste (hereinafter referred to as "industrial waste") generated during construction, and how to create an office space where the company's sustainability efforts and characteristics could be "discussed" while using recycled materials unique to the Refineverse Group in various places.

Taking advantage of the fact that the property was vacant, we made use of existing materials as much as possible and repurposed furniture to create concept design that would result in minimal waste. We also had many discussions with the person in charge at GMS, the group company that handles industrial waste, to work toward a 100% recycling rate, and ultimately achieved a recycling rate of 99.6%. Furthermore, we scattered various materials from Refinverse, which continues to evolve, throughout the space, and in particular, the built-in shelves used for displays were concept design to make it easy to update the layout when new materials are developed. In addition, in conjunction with this series of office relocations, we created a video that explains Refinverse's business activities and the backstory of the office relocation.

The refinement room has been designed effectively, and now we can present our products to our customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
