Panasonic Tsu factory showroom "TRUST FACTORY TSU"

This project involved design, layout the showroom at Panasonic Corporation's Tsu Plant, which is the core of their founding business: the production of wiring devices. The aim was to allow visitors to experience and understand the technological capabilities and cutting-edge production system hidden behind the wiring device products in both displays room and the factory, thereby gaining even greater trust from customers.

displays hall is comprised of sections on "History," "Product Introduction," "Introduction to the Tsu Factory," and "Introduction to Factory Technology and Production Capabilities," and is designed to link with various parts of each building on the premises. We considered everything, including the factory tour, as elements that make up the showroom, and aimed to create a "showroom for the entire factory" by using displays hall as a starting point and connecting it to the manufacturing building.


[Social Issues / Customer Issues / Requests]
Our role was to embody the facility's theme of "trust" with our customers by providing visitors with hands-on experiences that would deepen their understanding of the Tsu Plant's technological capabilities, production capacity, and history.


[Solution]
Under the keyword "trust," we highlighted the strengths of the Tsu factory embodied in the products, creating points of interest and surprise through displays.
displays is designed so that visitors can gradually deepen their understanding as they progress along the route, by connecting each point along the way.
We created an environment where "trust" could deepen with visitors throughout their entire factory experience.
