NTT Anode Energy Office Relocation Project

NTT Anode Energy is a business promotion company that promotes the smart energy business that utilizes the Group's ICT technology and DC power supply technology. We aimed to create an office environment that symbolizes the energy company that represents the NTT Group.

The scope of work included the direction of the entire project, coordination with various construction and facility work, and supervision work, and strict observance of the schedule was required.
Due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection, it was delayed from the original schedule, but we shared the issues with the customer and the project members worked together to solve the problem.

【solution】
I was nominated by our company in March, but due to the corona crisis, I used online meetings to promote the project. NTT Urban Development Building Service Co., Ltd., which is in charge of the B construction, and Okamura Co., Ltd., an office fixtures supplier, also participated, and various problems were examined. In addition, when necessary, video content and planting subcommittees were held as online meetings, communicating with each other so that there was no discrepancy, and thoroughly managing schedules, quality, and costs.
