ISETAN MIRROR MAKE & COSMETICS Terrace Mall Shonan

[Project description]
A project to open a new store of Isetan Mirror along with the renewal of Terrace Mall Shonan.
Unlike previous store locations, opening a store in a mall SC and expanding the range of target demographics has created an experiential space and incorporated interactive elements.

[Customer issues/requests]
The issues raised were how to attract new customers to the store by recognizing it, and whether they would be able to gain a sense of satisfaction after making a purchase and have them repeat their purchases in the future.

[Solution]
To accommodate the flow of people coming from Tsujido Station, we displayed a logo sign and mirrors symbolizing the brand in the window next to the mall entrance.
Furthermore, the store's layout, including the placement of fixtures and traffic flow, is designed to be easily visible and inviting, even for first-time customers.
In the center of the store, there is a symbolic corner adorned with curtains, where customers can receive counseling in a relaxed atmosphere.

[Customer Feedback]
Located adjacent to the main entrance of the facility, this was a location where attracting customers directly impacted sales. Through various efforts, we were able to gain recognition from customers visiting the facility from Tsujido Station, resulting in many customers entering the store and making purchases.
