Himeji Castle Main Tower Repair Observation Facility "Tenku no Shirasagi"
Himeji Castle Main Keep has undergone restoration work for five years since the fall of 2009. The aim is to have visitors observe the construction up close and experience the true charm of castle architecture, as well as the importance of cultural assets and the need to pass on Himeji Castle, which is a valuable World Heritage Site and National Treasure, to future generations. It is a facility that did. It will be the first time in Japan that the restoration of a World Cultural Heritage site will be open to the public at all times.
