overview
Hannō Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line is the nearest station to the theme park "Metsa," which we helped with in 2018. The station has been renovated to be a gateway to the nature-rich Hannō area, positioning it as a tourist hub.
In order to incorporate "authentic Finnish concept design" that combines elements of "Hanno" and "Finland," the birthplace of Moomin, Seibu Railway and the Finnish Embassy co-hosted the "Hanno Station Renewal concept design Competition" in 2017, targeting designers within Finland, and carried out the renovation work based on the winning concept design of this competition.
Our company was responsible for the administrative work of concept design competition, interiors design, interiors construction, and opening ceremony arrangements.
