Currently, "Gontran Cherrier", which has about 60 stores in France, Asia, North America, the Middle East, etc., has also opened stores in Japan from 2012 to 2017, and will be re-landing this time.
At the time of opening this store, Mr. Gontrand Cherier's strong feelings for Japan, in addition to renewing the recipe of the standard product croissant, we have created a rich menu with unique Japanese ingredients and Gontran recipes. Breathe new bakery wind into


A part of the kitchen on the first floor can be seen from both outside and inside the store, creating a live feeling of freshly baked bread together with the shop.
In addition, the eat-in corner on the 2nd floor is located in an outstanding location overlooking Aoyama Street, where you can relax slowly.


The concept of the space concept design of the Aoyama store is "Japanese-style, supreme hospitality at Gontran's house in Aoyama, Tokyo." The terrace seats of are likened to a "mansion". The traditional Japanese color of Omeshi-iro (mesh brown) was used for the surface and furniture, and the original wrapping cloth was used for the display to create a Japanese atmosphere.
