This is Ai Kogyo's sixth domestic store, an experiential housing showroom where you can "see," "touch," and "feel" the products.
Located on the 6th floor of the Omiya Takashimaya Main Building in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, "AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA" features a VR room where you can virtually experience your dream home plan, and an LDK simulation room where you can examine your planned floor plan in life-size. You can also enjoy concept design your ideal lifestyle by checking out creative storage ideas, playful split-level spaces, and comparing different home equipment. Our company was responsible for concept design, production, and interiors construction.

By using Saitama-sourced timber for fixtures and incorporating artwork that reflects Saitama's identity into displays throughout the space, we created an environment that evokes a sense of "Saitama-ness" by concept design in a way that allows visitors to rediscover their attachment to the region and appreciate the best aspects of Saitama.
