Embodying "TRAVELOGUE" - memories of travels to foreign countries - and enhancing the excitement of travel

Located within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort, The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay is the first Royal Park Hotel in Chiba Prefecture and is scheduled to open on Friday, February 13, 2026 with 750 rooms, the largest in the group.

The space embodies the concept of "TRAVELOGUE = memories of a journey to a foreign land" and combines functions to support a comfortable journey, providing a stay that will color the prologue and epilogue of your trip. The guest rooms are concept design with the four oceans of the world as the theme, with a variety of types available, with rooms accommodating up to six people, mainly for families and groups.

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. was responsible for planning, design, layout, FF&E, graphic and art concept design, and sign concept design and construction.

■ Lobby
The resort-like entrance continues the exhilaration of guests returning with happy memories and heightens the excitement of those about to depart. Guests are greeted by art depicting the shimmering underwater world, and souvenirs from travels around the globe are displayed on the open staircase.

■ Standard Room
We concept design this with four oceans as themes to evoke a resort feel.

Greek Blue
Mediterranean: Deep, clear blue and the blue of the sky

Asian Emerald
South China Sea: The Crystal-Clear Emerald of Asia's Islands

Indian Jasmine
Indian Ocean: The sweet, pale colors of jasmine adorn the streets of India

 Mexican Sunflower
Gulf of Mexico: Sunflower-colored cityscape shining brightly in the sun

■Concept Room
Three concept rooms where you can immerse yourself in a unique worldview

left: Arabian
The Arabian-themed rooms are fantastical and exotic, making you feel as if you have wandered into a storybook.

right: Safari
The image is of a space that stimulates the sense of adventure, like glamping in the great outdoors.

Ocean
Surrounded by the vast blue ocean, the guest rooms are filled with the excitement of traveling underwater and an extraordinary experience.

■ Restaurant "THE COMPASS"
With the theme of "A restaurant that takes you on a journey through the cuisines of the world," we offer a multi-national buffet breakfast. The bright resort space, with plenty of sofa seating, is perfect for lively conversation with family and friends.
