Nomura Kogeisha, a company specializing in the comprehensive production of spaces, has been involved in the planning and concept design of numerous pavilions and displays spaces from the 1970 Osaka World Expo to the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo.

Our "EXPO GALLERY" at our Osaka office houses and displays approximately 20,000 valuable items related to international expositions that have been accumulated throughout our history. Covering everything from the 1851 London World's Fair, the world's first international exposition, to the 2021 Dubai Expo, the gallery also allows visitors to learn about the spirit and stories of the people involved in the 1970 Osaka Expo project, and to see actual items such as the script for the "Festival Plaza" where events were held and the confetti that fluttered during the opening ceremony.

Until now, this facility has been operated primarily as a limited-access facility for our business partners and researchers. However, in the year of the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo, we would like to share the significance of the Expo and its behind-the-scenes aspects with a wider audience, and therefore, we will be opening it to the public. Please review the information provided and apply. We look forward to your application.

About EXPO GALLERY
Passing on the memory of the International Exposition to the future
Having been involved in numerous expositions, including the 1970 Osaka World Expo, our company considers connecting that legacy to the future as an important social contribution activity, and opened "EXPO GALLERY" in 2022.

EXPO LIBRARY
In 2001, the museum received a donation of 10,000 items related to the Expo from the researcher Tsuyoshi Terashita, and since then, the museum has collected a total of approximately 20,000 items, including those donated from various sources. The museum is notable for its wide range of items, including not only official records, but also books, Expo posters by famous creators such as Yusaku Kamekura, and items exclusive to the venue.

EXHIBITION ROOM
Under the theme of "Exhibitions and NOMURA Co.,Ltd.," this presentation showcases our company's achievements in five World Expos held in Japan. In particular, it presents episodes from various projects we were in charge of, including the Tower of the Sun and the Japan Pavilion displays at the 1970 Osaka World Expo, as well as the process of creating an exhibition, offering a unique perspective on the world expos.

COMMUNICATION ROOM
This area showcases illustrations of "the future of the World Expo" as envisioned by our company's creators, as well as NOMURA Co.,Ltd. 's initiatives that connect to the future.
