Notification of changes to payment terms for business partners

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 2-3-4 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kiyotaka Okumoto) has decided to completely transition to a payment method by bank transfer in full, from the conventional payment method including "Densai (electronic recorded claims)" or "promissory notes" to a payment method by bank transfer in full, as described below.

On February 7, 2024, we announced our commitment to building partnerships, and we are promoting collaboration, coexistence, and mutual prosperity with our supply chain partners and businesses that are striving to create value.

By making full payment via bank transfer, we aim to further strengthen our partnership.

Notes

■Changes
Before:
If the total amount billed (including tax) is 1.1 million yen or less, you can pay by "full bank transfer"
If it exceeds 1.1 million yen, "80% electronic money order, 20% bank transfer" or "80% bill, 20% bank transfer"

After:
Full cash transfer

*There will be no changes to the closing date or payment date. Only the payment terms will change.

■Time of change
Payment due on May 15, 2025 (April inspection)
Regardless of the payment terms at the time of ordering, we will change the payment method to cash transfer in full.

■ Change procedures
No action is required from your side regarding this change in payment terms.
If we do not receive any written notice from you by June 30, 2025, we will assume that you have accepted the request.

■Other
For business partners with whom your company, our company, and our group company C's·three Co., Ltd., have entered into a basic agreement regarding assumption of debt and payment, that agreement will be terminated due to the change in payment terms.
If we do not receive a written response from you by June 30, 2025, we will assume that you have given your consent.
