Announcement of “Super Welfare School @ SHIBUYA 2023” symposium presentation

"Super Welfare School" is a forum event that has been held since 2018, jointly sponsored by the NPO People concept design Institute and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, with the aim of realizing a cohesive society where people learn and live together, regardless of whether they have disabilities or not.
A wide variety of people who do not fit into the traditional framework of disability welfare and education will be speaking at the symposium. We disseminate concrete actions from all over the country, as well as the latest examples of lifelong learning and education, both offline and online from Shibuya.
 

Three of our employees will be on stage to introduce their efforts in creating comfortable spaces, programs through art, and community concept design.

NOMURA 's Social Good is engaged in R&D consisting of four units. One of these is the "Inclusion & Art" unit's theme of "realizing a cohesive society through space creation and cultural and artistic experiences," and we are working on creating comfortable spaces for various people, programs through art, and community concept design initiatives. Speaker profile

Mari Matsumoto (designer)

Focusing on creating spaces for children and adults, we work with users and other parties involved to concept design places where everyone can spend a comfortable time. A diverse group of people will work on concept design spaces and experience programs based on the theme of ``connecting with society and the world and encountering new values through cultural and artistic experiences.''

Ryosuke Takasugi (Project Manager)

Based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, he directs the creation of various spaces such as large commercial facilities, event displays, and art museums.
Having majored in art studies during his student days, he has a deep knowledge of art. Qualifications: Curator/Architect (Second Class)

Naomi Kajimura (Planner)

Starting with communication concept design that embodies business messages, we conduct planning in multiple fields such as showrooms, commercial complexes, and hotels. His personal theme is to create operational systems through co-creation with a variety of people, with the aim of ensuring the sustainability of spaces.
