NOMURA Co.,Ltd. to Open Pavilion at KidZania Fukuoka: "Space concept design Studio" Opens October 31, 2023 – Offering a hands-on experience as a "space designer" –

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director President and CEO Kiyotaka Okumoto NOMURA Co.,Ltd. hereinafter referred to as Nomura Co., Ltd.) and KCJ GROUP Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Michinari Tsuburaya; hereinafter referred to as KCJ GROUP) will open the "Space concept design Studio" pavilion, with Nomura Co., Ltd. as an official sponsor, at KidZania Fukuoka (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), a children's vocational and social experience facility planned and operated by NOMURA Co.,Ltd., on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

In this pavilion, children will learn about space design as "space designers," and then concept design a dinosaur museum space using models of dinosaurs and other creatures. They will use 3D data on tablets to consider spatial effects such as the backgrounds, floors, and lighting for displays. Finally, they will give a presentation on the space they concept design, and then check the completed museum displays area with a walkthrough video that gives them an immersive experience of actually walking through the museum.
