This documentary, presented as [Phase 1], is a grand record of the production process of Ghibli Park's three areas—"Ghibli's Grand Warehouse," "Hill of Youth," and "Dondoko Forest"—which spanned over 1,000 days of filming. The main feature is over six hours long and is distributed across four discs. (Note: A making-of documentary for [Phase 2] ("Mononoke Village" and "Witch's Valley"), scheduled to open in the fall of 2023, is also planned.)

Therefore, the concept was brought to life, and a new park facility unique to Studio Ghibli was born. There is "Satsuki and Mei's House," where you can experience life in the 1950s, and "The Earth Shop," which is so realistic it looks like it jumped right out of the movie. In "Ghibli's Grand Warehouse," a special playground for children called "Children's Town," an original "Catbus," and displays such as a "Robot Soldier" and a "Fake Curator's Office" were created. It is a must-see to watch various craftsmen respond to director Goro Miyazaki's high demands with their professional skills and carefully complete the project over time.
In the "Chikyuya" episode, our designer Kentaro Yamada, Asahi Sasa and producer Toshiyuki Suzuki will also appear.
