The five collaborating companies and the outline of the revenue-generating facilities for vitalization business related to the redevelopment of Senri Chuo Park have been decided!

H2O Retailing Co., Ltd. (Head Office-ku, Osaka City, President: Naoya Araki), represented by "Senri Chuo Park Partners," is undertaking the "vitalization business for the Redevelopment of Senri Chuo Park" (Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture). We are pleased to announce the outline of the revenue-generating facilities to open in March 2023 and the five new collaborating companies that have been decided.

The café within the facility will be operated by Operation Factory Co., Ltd., which will develop menus using local ingredients and provide a space where visitors can enjoy food and drinks while appreciating the park's natural surroundings. Urban Research Co., Ltd. will plan and commercialize park goods sold within the facility and produce a vegetable garden, promoting improved convenience and vibrancy in the park. Fukushima Galirei Co., Ltd. will supervise the kitchen to be installed in the community space and conduct food-related workshops. The design of the park facilities will be handled by NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd. and MuFF Co., Ltd., creating a space that utilizes nature and feels integrated with the park.
