Nomura invests in Pixie Dust Technologies and concludes a capital and business alliance agreement

NOMURA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Shuji Enomoto, hereinafter referred to as "NOMURA") is Pixie Dust Technologies Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo), which is working to solve social issues with academia technology. Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, Representative Directors: Yoichi Ochiai, Taiichiro Murakami, hereinafter referred to as "PxDT") and concluded a capital and business alliance agreement.

PxDT is a university-originated venture that aims to take a bird's-eye view of the world from the perspective of digital technology and to become a driving force that leads to a new equilibrium point. By researching and developing interface technology that connects the digital and physical worlds and continuously implementing it in society, we are contributing to its realization.

NOMURA, Ltd. aims to solve social issues in real places and spaces by utilizing the knowledge and network of "space and experience" that we have built up over 130 years since our founding.
