Movie Holic xxxHOLiC Front and Back World Immersion Exhibition Supported by WITH HARAJUKU Holding Notice

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. is participating in the organizing committee for the "xxxHOLiC: Immersive World Exhibition," which will be held at WITH HARAJUKU HALL from April 29th (Fri) to May 15th (Sun), 2022.

xxxHOLiC, a best-selling comic by CLAMP, a charismatic creative group known for their aesthetically pleasing visuals depicting supernatural phenomena, was serialized in Young Magazine (2003-2010), and has sold over 14 million copies in total. It has since been adapted into novels, anime, live-action dramas, and stage plays. The film xxxHOLiC is the first live-action film adaptation of this hugely popular comic, directed by Mika Ninagawa, one of Japan's leading photographers and film directors. This event offers two types of experiences—displays and a mystery-solving game—that will allow visitors to immerse themselves in the glamorous and vibrant world of the film.

Through displays of stills, costumes, props, and artwork from the film "xxxHOLiC," visitors will feel as if they have actually visited the "shop that grants wishes." The "front" world of the film is brought to life in three dimensions through displays of precious shots of the star-studded cast, including Ryunosuke Kamiki, Kou Shibasaki, Tina Tamashiro, Riho Yoshioka, Hayato Isomura, DAOKO, and Serena Motola, as well as costumes and props actually used in filming. The "back" world of the film is brought to life through the display of the sets, which offer a glimpse into the creative process behind director Ninagawa's work. Visitors can experience the immersive world of xxxHOLiC, and there are also must-see photo spots where visitors can take pictures and fully immerse themselves in the world of the film.

 

[Mystery-solving game "xxxHOLiC" Mystery Kitan"]
A completely original puzzle-solving game is now available! The player himself becomes a character of "xxxHOLiC" and solves the mystery imposed on Yuko, the mistress of "Mise", along with the main character, April 1st. Why did we get lost in [Mise]? What is the price to make a wish come true?
