(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Shuji Enomoto, hereinafter referred to as "NOMURA") Facility development on the theme of "health" by combining Renaissance's business know-how in sports club management and local government health promotion support with NOMURA's know-how in space creation and space revitalization, We will promote proposals for space revitalization.

【Main Initiatives】
■"Fitness + spatial activity" utilizing idle space
We will utilize idle spaces at public and private facilities to create spaces for "fitness + spatial activity (interaction)."
By combining Renaissance's fitness program (soft) and NOMURA space creation (hardware), we will propose a new space that supports physical and mental health.

■Joint participation in projects related to the creation of towns, people, and jobs
We will actively participate in projects related to "revitalization of towns, people, and jobs," which is part of the regional revitalization policy promoted by the Cabinet Office. We also aim to create systems and new businesses that contribute to earnings by utilizing local resources and industries.
