(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director President and CEO: Shuji NOMURA Co.,Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as Nomura Co., Ltd.) will combine Renaissance's expertise in sports club management and health promotion support for local governments with NOMURA Co.,Ltd., Ltd.'s expertise in space creation and space revitalization to promote facility development and space revitalization proposals themed on "health."

[Main Initiatives]
■ Utilizing idle space for "fitness + space revitalization"
We will utilize underutilized spaces in public and private facilities to create spaces that combine fitness with spatial revitalization (interaction).
By combining Renaissance's fitness programs (software) with NOMURA Co.,Ltd. 's spatial design (hardware), we propose a new type of space that supports both physical and mental well-being.

■ Joint participation in projects related to urban development, human resource development, and job creation.
We will actively participate in projects related to "creating towns, people, and jobs," which is part of the regional revitalization policy promoted by the Cabinet Office. We aim to create systems that utilize local resources and industries, contribute to profitability, and generate new businesses.
