NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. views employee health management from a business perspective and has adopted the "Health Management®" approach. * We will promote "[this]".
To organize and systematize past initiatives, with the aim of strengthening top management commitment and further maintaining and improving employee health.
We have established a "Health Management Declaration" and appointed the Human Resources Executive as the "Health Management Promotion Officer."
