■ Main highlights of this tournament

This tournament has the longest history in the Japan Para Powerlifting Federation and is the most prestigious tournament held in Japan. A wide range of athletes, from veterans to newcomers, will take on the challenge, making it the most important domestic tournament for the Tokyo 2020 Games. As this is an IPC-sanctioned tournament, the records made in this tournament will be registered with the League of Nations and reflected in this year's world rankings. (It is not a ranking target competition for Tokyo 2020.) Specializing in web distribution, installation of ultra-wide-angle projectors and remote cheering system "Remote Cheerer powered by SoundUD" at competition venues. Even if you don't go to the venue, you can send cheers to the venue from anywhere as long as you have a smartphone.
