Announcement of winning the Gold Prize and other awards at the "Japan Spatial concept design Awards 2020"

We are pleased to announce that "The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Shimizu concept design" for which NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd. Group was responsible for the spatial design, has received the Gold Award in the Service and Hospitality Space category at the "Japan Spatial concept design Awards" (organized by the Japan Spatial environmental design Association and the Japan Commercial Environment Design Association). In addition, 13 projects were shortlisted and 10 projects were longlisted.

This award is Japan's only and largest spatial design award, formed by the merger of concept design awards previously held for many years by the Japan Spatial concept design Association and the Japan Commercial environmental design Association. Awards are given to works that aim to create communication concept design in space. At the awards ceremony on November 13th, the grand prize winner, "KUKAN OF THE YEAR 2020," will be announced from among the works selected for the gold prize.
