NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. Group's COVID-19 Countermeasures Headquarters (established in January 2020, Representative Director Shuji Enomoto) has been taking measures to ensure the health and safety of its employees and partner companies. 1. About working style

① Off-peak commuting recommended

2. Meetings, business trips, gatherings, etc.

(1) Self-restraint of large-scale internal meetings

② Self-restraint on domestic business trips and travel (overseas is prohibited in principle)

(3) Banquets, holding large-scale meetings, etc., and refraining from participating

 

3. Code of conduct within the company

①Recommend hand washing, gargling, alcohol disinfection

② Use correct mask and follow cough etiquette

③Implementation of temperature measurement before going to work

④If you or your family members have symptoms of infection, do not come to work.

 

4. About our visitors

If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter.

 

5. On-site work

(1) Confirmation of the presence or absence of unwell persons when entering the site of cooperating companies (implementation of corresponding measurement with a non-contact thermometer)

(2) Thorough communication of infectious disease countermeasures to on-site workers

 

6. Other work that involves contact with an unspecified number of people

For facilities operation, management by our group, appropriate measures will be taken in consultation with the owners, contractors, and developers.

 

We will continue to monitor information from various sources and promptly implement measures in accordance with the infection spread stages defined by the government, prioritizing the health and safety of NOMURA Co.,Ltd.
