Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Support "Collaboration between Tohoku and Tokyo! Box of Light"
Since 2013, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd. has been carrying out the "Tohoku and Tokyo Collaboration: Box of Light" project.
This year, as in previous years, we have held workshops for the people of Ishinomaki, with whom we have deepened our ties through NOMURA Co.,Ltd. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd. Group's support activities, the "Let's Connect Together! Project," since the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Approximately 500 unique and colorful "boxes of light," each one unlike anything else, will be gathered displays in Ishinomaki and Odaiba.
We hope that the "box of light" will color Odaiba, connect Tohoku and Tokyo, and become a "light of hope."
*The “Box of Light” is a kit devised by Mr. Taizo Matsumura, a sculptor from Aomori Prefecture.
