The 20th "Brussels Flower Carpet" was held in Brussels, Belgium

The Brussels Flower Carpet, which is held once every two years, was held from August 12th to 15th at the World Heritage Grand Place in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, on the theme of Japan in conjunction with the 150th anniversary of friendship between Japan and Belgium.
The theme for this year's flower carpet was "Flowers, Birds, Wind, and Moon." NOMURA Co.,Ltd., the first Japanese designer to be in charge of the concept design (working drawings by Marc Schautteet), also attended the event. According to the city of Brussels, nearly 100,000 visitors came to the Grand Place to see the flower carpet during its short four-day run, making it a spectacular event befitting the 150th anniversary of friendship between the two countries.
