overview

This is a project for an employee break room at ZOZOBASE Tsukuba 3, ZOZO Co., Ltd.'s fifth logistics facility. Our company was in charge of everything from basic planning construction of the rest rooms on the 1st and 5th floors. Each floor has a fashion-related concept design concept, with denim on the first floor and plaid on the fifth floor.

Issues/requests

We needed a functional concept design that would allow employees working in the warehouse to relax as comfortably as possible.

solution

With the theme of ``a break room that excites employees whose job is to deliver excitement,'' we aimed to create a functional and comfortable break room. In order to create a sense of coziness, the interior is concept design using mainly organic materials, in contrast to a warehouse. Additionally, we have purposely changed concept design of each floor, and within each floor, we have gently divided the areas into ``relaxation'' and ``communication'' so that employees can freely choose their break area according to their mood and purpose.
