overview

At the "Tokyo Game Show 2025 Sega/Atlus Booth," our company provided total support for design, construction, operation, and stage production.
We equipped the booth with a large stage and a high-definition LED screen in the center, creating a space that maximizes the unique worldview and information dissemination capabilities of Sega and Atlus.

Issues/requests

With so many game titles on display, it was necessary to effectively communicate the worldview and appeal of each title within the limited time and space available.
Another challenge was to increase the overall reach of the event by reaching a wider audience than just the visitors who actually came to the event.

solution

In the limited booth space, demo stations were set up in a tiered fashion at the front of the booth, enhancing the presence and live feeling of the main titles while also achieving an efficient flow of visitors. In addition, by taking advantage of the characteristics of each corner and incorporating large sculptures and other effects, the booth was designed to encourage visitors to spread out without even realizing it.
Additionally, in order to present a diverse program of 16 different performances across eight titles over four days on the large stage, we worked with Sega and Atlus to create a highly entertaining program. By streaming the program in real time, we were able to reach out to fans outside the venue, contributing to expanding the reach of the entire event.
