overview

HOKURIKU+ is an information hub for Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures.
Directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station, it features a retail space, a standing bar area where you can enjoy local sake and snacks from various prefectures, a tourist information space, and an event space showcasing seasonal events.
Our company handled everything from design, layout to construction, including logo development and manual creation, meticulously crafted store promotional videos, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) proposals for the first year of operation.

Issues/requests

The prefectures of Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui have requested that they establish the following bases for the purposes of disseminating information about the three Hokuriku prefectures and attracting tourists, with an eye toward the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Tsuruga, the Osaka-Kansai Expo, and the subsequent extension to Osaka.

Concept: A hub for disseminating information from Japan and overseas that allows you to experience the charms of Hokuriku
①A place to learn about and enjoy the food culture of the Hokuriku region
2) A base for activities to promote the attractions of Hokuriku's nature, culture, food, etc.
3) A communication hub to increase the number of Hokuriku fans and foster connections
④A place where you can experience the unique manufacturing culture

solution

Under the theme of "Meets Hokuriku," which aims to help people encounter Japan in the Hokuriku region and experience its essence, we made the following proposals.

●Meeting Hokuriku
By using a logo and facade decorations inspired by the beautiful and rich landscape of the Hokuriku region, we aimed to make a lasting impression on visitors. Furthermore, by actively incorporating materials unique to the Hokuriku region into interiors, we created a highly distinctive sales floor.
●Connecting with and expanding Hokuriku
As a hub for fostering connections and interaction, we concept design an information counter where you can enjoy local sake from the Hokuriku region at the bar counter while obtaining up-to-date information.
