The Hitachi Origin Park is a new starting point for Hitachi, which consists of four facilities: the Kodaira Memorial Hall, the Founding Hut, the Omika Club, and the Omika Golf Club.
Among them, the Odaira Memorial Hall is a future-oriented museum that enhances the engagement of all employees and general visitors. The displays will allow local residents to learn about the history of social innovation that has continued to take on the challenge of resolving social issues with the sincerity and pioneering spirit in mind. In addition, as a “place to think about social issues together,” we have set up a participatory experience theater to reflect on past displays themes and realize an displays that reflects our thoughts on the future.
At the founding lodge, which has been re-restored as a symbol of Hitachi Origin Park, visitors can experience the spirit of the company's founding by adding recorded images and stereophonic effects to the reproduction of the environment of the actual machine and experiencing the realism of that time. 1: By constructing an displays story with the displays concept as "Employee Journey", we will realize a participatory experience-type displays that allows you to empathize with the founder's aspirations and grow the corporate philosophy and express your determination, and increase employee engagement. I decided to The prologue displays begins with an introduction that touches on the aspirations of the founder, Mr. Namihei Odaira, and is a hands-on theater that invites visitors from everyday life to the time of the founding of the museum. The story of the history of social innovation is "Harmony, displays, and Pioneering Spirit," and the image of Hitachi employees who continued to take on the challenge of resolving social issues is expressed in a continuous scrim curtain throughout the space. We have created an immersive space concept design that allows you to explore history with a sense of history.
2: We concept design a seamless displays case and systematized the displays commentary, taking into account the replacement of the historical themes of social innovation. The large-screen scrim graphic that stretches across the entire displays room uses a detachable baton rail and functions as a stage setting that can be constantly updated.
3: As a “place to think about social issues together” in the future, we set up a participatory experience theater, looking back on the displays themes so far and making the epilogue an displays that conveys our thoughts on the future. By adopting an displays system that allows visitors to send their own messages, we have created an interactive theater that enhances communication with employees and general visitors from Japan and overseas.
