ÉCHIRÉ L'Atelier du Beurre

This project is for Echire L'Atelier du Bourg, located on the ground floor of Azabudai Hills, and is the eighth domestic store of "Echire" handled by Kataoka Bussan Co., Ltd., a luxury goods manufacturer and food specialty trading company that imports and sells luxury goods and food from the world's top brands. Our company was in charge of interiors construction of this store, which boasts the largest floor space in the country.

Based on the new concept of a "butter atelier" presented by the French A.O.P. certified fermented butter "Essire", a high-quality construction that would give a special feeling was required to create a store that sells viennoiserie and original baked goods that can only be found here. At the same time, there was a request to shorten the construction period as much as possible so that the operational training period could be secured.

We formed a project team that was able to quickly respond to changes in the interiors concept design that were required for the operation of the facility, and we shared information and cooperated closely with each of our partner companies. As a result, we were able to meet the construction schedule for the largest facility in Japan, and provide a special, high-quality space.
