overview

"Balcony by 6th," an all-day dining restaurant based on the concept of "a balcony in the city," and "The Lovers' Lounge," a bar lounge for lovers, have opened on the third floor of Azabudai Hills Tower Plaza.

6th by Oriental Hotel, a long-loved Yurakucho hotel, has been reborn as a comfortable dining space that is more accessible to many people, with the theme of preserving history and harmonizing with the new neighborhood.

"Balcony by 6th"
With an open and comfortable terrace overlooking the Azabudai Hills area and a botanical atmosphere, it offers a unique view of greenery blending into the city.
This all-day dining restaurant with approximately 200 seats is available for lunch, cafe, dinner and as a bar, where you can enjoy Italian-based international cuisine prepared in the open kitchen.
The"classical and oriental"taste reminiscent of "6th by Oriental Hotel" has been reinterpreted. A variety of spaces have been created by incorporating elements and colors from the surrounding environment, providing a relaxing space that users can enjoy freely according to the situation.

"The Lovers' Lounge"
A bar lounge for "enthusiasts." Located next to "Balcony by 6th," it is a place of relaxation where you can think and talk about the things you like as much as you like. It is a place to meet before meals or spend some time after meals, where you can casually enjoy a glass of carefully selected Japanese whiskey from all over the country and a wide variety of signature cocktails.
The interior of the store, which offers a rare, relaxed atmosphere within a commercial facility, allows customers to enjoy carefully selected cocktails and whiskeys, and also has an antique feel, with some of the interior design used in the "6th by Oriental Hotel."

Customer's voice

We had the opportunity to work with NOMURA Co.,Ltd. and AND when we opened 6th in Yurakucho, so we felt that asking them to help us create the new 6th was the best choice. Also, since they had designed the common areas at Azabudai Hills, having them design the aesthetics and lighting across the boundaries of rental spaces and common areas allowed us to leverage the strengths of operating four stores.
