In addition to the need for a space that conveys the company's core values and principles, there was a demand for creating an environment where employees could take pride in their company and confidently guide visitors. Specific requests included displays layout that effectively conveys technological capabilities and company information, functional zoning of offices, meeting rooms, and showrooms, and the need for rapid project implementation.

By creating a spatial configuration and displays plan that reflects the company's philosophy, we have created a space where visitors can naturally feel Ai Kogyo's values. Furthermore, we have incorporated the company's identity into the space, creating an environment where employees can cultivate pride and attachment. displays area is designed for easy explanation, and a highly flexible traffic flow plan has been adopted to enable the dissemination of focused information. In addition, by clearly separating the office, meeting, and showroom areas and introducing a structure with enhanced sound insulation, we have achieved both comfort and functionality. In promoting the project, we strengthened cooperation with the landlord and established a smooth implementation system by taking the lead in handling everything from preliminary considerations to construction coordination.
