Realizing a safe and secure working environment

Strong collaboration with our partner companies is essential to maintaining the reliable quality and high safety standards of our products and services. Through mandatory training and safety conferences organized by the "Nomura Partnership Association," we are promoting the strengthening of safety measures not only within our company but throughout the entire supply chain.

Furthermore, from the perspective of workplace safety, we aim to create an environment where employees can work with peace of mind and in good health, not only physically but also mentally. We will further strengthen communication with our employees and promote initiatives to increase their engagement.

Legal education	safety competition

In accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, our company has established a Safety and Health Committee to discuss and ensure the safety and health of our employees. The Safety and Health Committee is comprised of employee representatives.

External evaluation

We have been certified as a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Large Corporation Category) for being a company that "views employee health management from a business perspective and works to maintain and improve employee health."
