Announcement of Exhibit and Seminar at "SC Business Fair 2026"

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. will be exhibiting again this year at the SC Business Fair 2026 (January 21-23, 2026), one of the largest events in the shopping center industry, bringing together people involved in the industry.

Architectural and green initiatives that create new experiences and attract customers

Amid growing interest in coexistence with nature and well-being, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. has adopted the themes of "Refine & Revalue" and "Green & Park" to reinterpret "space" from a broader perspective that transcends the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, while leveraging the knowledge it has cultivated in interior spaces.

We provide support for increasing asset value while minimizing environmental impact, and also address social issues such as rising construction costs and labor shortages. We are expanding our business scope to include the renovation of existing buildings and environmental improvement, including exterior construction and greening.

At this exhibition, you will be able to see our efforts regarding "Refine & Revalue" and "Green & Park" in a hospitality space that connects people with greenery and trees.
Additionally, a free seminar will be held on Friday, January 23rd. The seminar will be titled "Revitalizing Architecture and Green Initiatives to Create New Experiences and Attract Customers," and will feature a talk session featuring our company's business manager, two designers, and partner, arborist and environmental landscape architect Yukio Toyoda. The talk will cover the background to our company's architectural business, introduce specific examples, and consider the future of greenery in architecture and spaces.

On Friday, January 23rd, a free seminar will be held entitled "Revitalizing Architecture and Green Initiatives to Create New Experiences and Attract Customers." Speakers will be Seiji Yamaguchi, General Manager of the Second General Department of the Business Production Division, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd., who is responsible for this project; Tomoko Asao, Designer of the Architectural Production Department; and partner Yukio Toyoda, arborist and environmental landscape architect. The talk will discuss the background to NOMURA Co.,Ltd. 's architectural business, introduce specific examples, and consider the future of greenery in architecture and spaces.
