[Tenant Leasing Manager] Jun Nakata
"Our tenant attraction efforts coincided with a time when the entire nation of Japan was struggling to cope with daily life due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and those running retail businesses were facing immense difficulties. Despite these challenges, all parties involved, including the developers and tenants, united and looked ahead, resulting in the completion of the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, a hotel and entertainment complex unlike any other in Japan. I am deeply moved to be able to celebrate its opening."

Designer: Yukio Kazusaka
"Shinjuku has a history built by private citizens, which gives it a unique character, but it also has a humane and warm side. We repeatedly discussed with the client various aspects, including the sense of unity with the city, the role of Kabukicho as the gateway to Japan, and its history, to create this design."
[namco TOKYO] Designer: Fumiaki Tanaka, Planner: Takahito Abe
"Based on the entertainment and social aspects that arcades have traditionally possessed, we have mashed up the latest content from our clients, transcending the boundaries of amusement, food and beverage, and merchandise. We have created a new communication space that will add a healthy touch to the nightlife of Kabukicho. Namco TOKYO is a place where many 'likes' come together, where you can talk about the things you 'like' and spend time sharing fun with others."
[In charge of "Shinjuku Kabuki Hall ~ Kabuki Yokocho"] no.10 Designer Gen Tomita
"We've created a contrast in the space by weaving together two somewhat contradictory elements: the nostalgic feel of the good old Showa era that lingers in the back of our memories, and the neo-Kabukicho vibe unique to the area. For about two years, the client and the project team have been working together, discussing the past, present, and future, to create an 'atmosphere' rather than just a 'hardware'."
