This is the first major renovation of L'Oréal Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the world's largest cosmetics company L'Oréal Group, since moving its headquarters to Shinjuku Park Tower in 2006. The renovated office, named ``Beauty Valley'' based on the concept of ``En-EN-,'' is a place where beauty can be created to connect ``connections'' with the country of Japan, customers, business partners, and employees. My thoughts are put into it. concept design themes for each area are based on the four seasons (spring, summer, fall, and winter), and furniture and decorations created using Japanese craftsmanship are used to incorporate Japanese beauty throughout. In addition, we upcycled about 4,400 in-house products of about 60 types, including eye shadow, foundation, and lipstick, before they were discarded, and used them for paint, lighting shades, tiles, etc. In addition to pursuing sustainable beauty, we fully express L'Oréal's beauty by installing product display fixtures similar to those in stores. Additionally, the office has been designed with attention to detail, including light, sound and materials, in line with LEED standards, an international certification for sustainable buildings that guarantees energy efficiency and waste management. Our company participated in this project as the general construction company for interiors.
