HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is located on the 18th and 20th-38th floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which stands on the site of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, which symbolizes the culture of Shinjuku Kabukicho and supported people's leisure along with Japan's economic growth. We are proposing a new type of lodging experience where everything from the dining room, bar, and lobby to the guest rooms is connected to the city, allowing you to enjoy the various scenes unfolding like a movie.

As Kyoto Baum's flagship shop, it is the largest in Kyoto, with a factory where you can see how Kyoto Baum is made, a shop that sells special packages and limited edition items, and a cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy freshly made sweets and limited edition menus. In the renewal of Spa World Hotel & Resort (formerly known as Spa World World World's Greatest Hot Springs), which celebrated its 25th anniversary, we were in charge of design supervision and staging work for the swimming pool and the design and construction of the lobby. The concept of concept design is a new facility that combines the entertainment elements of Shinsekai and Spa World, both tourist attractions in Osaka, with the elements of a high quality hotel and resort. The pool area is based on the theme of "SPA for adults healed by water and light," and includes an infinity pool facing Tsutenkaku Tower and a 3D screen, the centerpiece of the facility, for which we also produced the content. The lobby of the main building has a theme for each floor, creating a space where visitors can enjoy a different world on each floor.

This is a project for the 6th China International Import Expo 2023 "Panasonic Booth". The Import Expo is the largest displays sponsored by the Chinese government with the aim of promoting the reform and opening up of the Chinese market to the world. This is the 6th time Panasonic has exhibited every year since the first year. The area is approximately 1,000 square meters, making it the most important displays for Panasonic as it aims to strengthen B2G and B2B relationships and expand its business. Our company was responsible for design, layout, and construction of the entire booth.

The concept is "symbiosis". This is a project to establish an exchange base in the Arahama area of Sendai City, which was affected by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Based on the concept of an ``inclusive society'' where people of all generations and with or without disabilities can gather, we have created an ``open space'' where you can enjoy activities and events and learn about disaster prevention and mitigation. The clubhouse uses VR equipment jointly developed by a major telecommunications company and a local university to become a place for children to learn about disaster prevention, where they can learn about the Arahama area before and after the earthquake and how to respond in the event of a disaster. In 2023, Suntory founder Shinjiro Torii will celebrate the 100th anniversary of making whiskey in Yamazaki. At Yamazaki Distillery, we carried out anniversary renovations with the main purpose of further improving quality and promoting the appeal of the distillery. Our company is in charge of working drawings, construction, and sign construction.

This is a large-scale renovation project to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the opening of Anniversaire Omotesando. Our company was responsible for the complete renovation of the chapel, cafe, salon, banquet hall (3 floors), and flower shop. The building will not only be used as a wedding venue, but will be reborn as a lively new ``anniversary hall'', and as a symbol that will give form to this desire, the bride and groom will be waiting after the ceremony under the concept of ``creating a new road in Omotesando.'' We have created a place where the bride can experience the happy atmosphere that is unique to Anniversaire on a daily basis through this journey, and create a place where different moments can be created depending on the customer. In addition, each newly renovated floor has its own characteristics, and by expanding your options, you can express the fun that comes from it more freely, and it can be used not only as a wedding venue but also for various scenes. This is a head office relocation project for HU Group Holdings Co., Ltd. In contrast to the HU Bioness Complex (Akiruno City, Tokyo), which is the HU Group's "value creation base" that opened in 2022, the new office building is positioned as a "future creation base", and each employee will "imagine the future and work together". We aimed to create a space where people can connect and grow spontaneously. The organic concept design, based on the concept of ``unifying, resonating, and expanding,'' conveys a sense of gentleness and hope for the future, making it a space befitting a company that contributes to the development of healthcare.

Set in Azabudai Hills, which is based on the concept of a "Modern Urban Village" with the two pillars of Green & Wellness, Mori Building and Keio University have teamed up to create a preventive medicine center for innovation aiming to realize the next generation of preventive medicine. This is a center project. The facility has been expanded and relocated from the same university hospital in Shinanomachi to two floors, the 5th and 6th floors of the Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower.The 5th floor has a personalized dock where patients can customize the test menu according to their wishes. The 6th floor offers a newly established membership-based medical service called ``Preventive Medical Membership.'' AND was in charge of concept design of the common areas on the 5th and 6th floors, excluding the examination rooms.

The restaurant floor on the 7th floor of HEP FIVE, a commercial facility with a red Ferris wheel in Umeda, Osaka, has undergone its first renovation since its opening. We have prepared many common areas to encourage take-out use as well as within the tenant section, and as the floor name "TAMLO" suggests, it has become a floor where many people gather.

This office relocation project to the Marunouchi Niiebashi Building was designed to improve functionality and employee engagement for further operational efficiency. We were in charge of interiors ・making, special lighting, and signage work. In addition to the 3,000 m2 per floor project, we contributed to the completion of the project by coordinating and promoting cross-functional activities with each stakeholder in a very limited construction time frame.

We were commissioned by Mitsubishi Estate to propose and develop new product ideas for office interiors materials for their group company MEC Industry, and from among a number of ideas, we worked on developing partitions and OA floors for the sale of wood products. ``ogawa GRAND lodge'' is a directly managed store of ``ogawa'', a long-established outdoor brand founded in 1914 that proposes reliable gear and outdoor life.
