overview

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station.
The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

Issues/requests

Because the property is located a little far from the city center, the challenge was to improve the satisfaction level of tenants who are rooted in the local area and lead to continued leasing.

solution

By combining newly introduced materials with something bright and warm, we have concept design space to feel like a ``comfortable space'' for a wide range of age groups.
In addition, we have transformed the building into an office building with a sense of dignity by making use of existing economies of scale while adding contrast to the color tone, material composition, and lighting plan.
