The Tender House

The Tender House

This project was planned in an area lined with restaurants on Shirokane Platinum Street. The site is 35 meters wide and has a new and old appearance and a pleasant feeling, and is intended to be a building that "evokes memories". We assisted in the basic design and design supervision for this building, which aims to become a landmark in the city as a complex dining complex. Since the architecture was required to have a sense of openness, we created a sense of openness and shielding with cement folding stones, and a texture that seems to have been eroded by the wind and light. This also contributes to creating the atmosphere of the "dry land of the south," which is the keyword for interior design. Based on a consistent concept, we assisted in everything from interior design to planting and artwork selection in order to realize the unity of the interior where you can feel the wind and light flowing in from the outside, as well as greenery and water. When viewed from the outside, the interior design that continues to the terrace, together with the planting plan, becomes one of the elements that color the façade. It is established. The facility has dining, teppanyaki, two banquet halls, a chapel, and all kitchens are walk-in or open kitchens. The front room of the chapel and the bucket is partitioned with glass, and emphasis is placed on the clearness of the line of sight and the continuity of the space within the facility. In addition to being open to the street, the expression created by the materials that have already changed over time creates an atmosphere that has existed for a long time. I believe we can build relationships. ◎ Our group project members [Sales] Hisayuki Takenaka, Takuya Kitai [Direction] Ryu Kosaka [Design and design] Architect Hiroyuki Iizumi, Interior: Reiko Saito, Masahiro Hisakane [Production and construction] Keiji Idei

bar/es

bar/es

The red building of Shiseido Parlor, which is also a landmark of Ginza, was built with the concept of a lighthouse that illuminates the city of Ginza. On the top floor of that building, we aimed to create a BAR for adults that can be enjoyed by many adults who gather in Ginza. When you get off the elevator, the reception area will be greeted by the flickering light of candles, completely changing from the gorgeous lights that color the city. The bar area is square and has a maximum ceiling height of over 8M. In order to make the large space more symbolic, the counter is placed in the center. Floor = "Earth" to the top floor 11th floor = "Sky", so "Sun (Night Sun)", "Glitter of Light" (Spark), (Shine) and "Soul" ( I floated a symbolic artwork that imaged Soul). Metal wall art and antique mirrors are reflected in the red glow of the symbol, giving it a grown-up color, while the shadows extending from the artwork to the wall give an organic impression to the space. Also, in order to make the large space a comfortable space, there is a difference in the height of the floor around the counter. The high counter side is a casual area that assumes a standing scene. On the low counter side, you can enjoy a calm bar with comfortable chairs on the purple carpet, which is the theme color. In addition, behind the bottle shelf, there are seats with a sense of privacy that you can enjoy in various scenes. The lounge area in the back is a cozy space with more unique art and furniture, and a flickering flame. You can use it as an adult space where you can feel the concept of "social" and "sexy." The S in "Bar S" is an adult space that incorporates the various "S" of Ginza.

Yaskawa Electric Miraikan

Yaskawa Electric Miraikan

[Outline of the project] In 2015, Yaskawa Electric Corporation, which celebrated its 100th anniversary, reorganized its head office in Kurosaki, Kitakyushu City, and opened the “Robot Village,” a community open to the local community and society. The YASKAWA Forest is open to the public, where you can enjoy the nature of the four seasons. The “Yaskawa Electric Miraikan” was born so that research institutes and local people can experience it with interest. Therefore, we were in charge of creating a space and content for this facility that would bring out the appeal of Yaskawa Electric. In addition to allowing all visiting guests to experience and experience Yaskawa Electric's businesses and technologies in an easy-to-understand manner, it is a space filled with surprises and discoveries where cutting-edge technology and emotional sensibilities resonate. We have concept design all the elements that color the space, such as mechatronics, video content, and lighting, so that you can feel the world-class Japanese manufacturing and the future of Yaskawa Electric, which is the driving force behind it. In particular, there is a “robotics signage” that utilizes control technology that coordinates with the dynamic movements of industrial robots representing Yaskawa Electric, and a combination of 3D motor control that demonstrates the industry's highest performance and the latest projection mapping video. The "Mechatronics Wall" is a space production device that is unique in the world and stimulates the five senses of all who see it. For this facility, we have assisted in building the facility from a total perspective, from the basic concept of space creation and attractiveness to concept design, design, content planning and production, and construction. <Credit> General concept design: Keiu Tamura, Yosuke Ando Planning Producer: Kenji Ogino, Naomi Kajimura Content Direction: Kenji Suzuki, Akinori Goto, Hiromasa Hosoya Product Direction: Kusujiro, Masanori Yotsuya Photography: Masato Kouno, Nakasa & Partners *Project at that time
