The Okaya Silk Museum “Silk Fact Okaya” opened in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture, known as the “Silk Town”. It is a unique museum in the world where you can experience a variety of things from displays of silk reeling machines from the early Meiji era. In addition, from the desire to be a museum that conveys the facts of silk and the silk industry, we invited the Miyasaka Silk Mill, which is the only traditional raw silk production method in Japan. It is a factory museum where you can experience the manufacturing spirit that can be said to be Okaya's DNA. We provided total support, including schematic design, working drawings, interior administration, construction, and schematic design, working drawings, and construction supervision for architectural renovation. It consists of an entrance area where you can get an overview of the history of Okaya, a museum area where you can follow machines and materials to introduce the city of Okaya, and an actual silk reeling site, Miyasaka Silk Mill. displays is organized in a clear and sharp manner based on black and white, and is also excellent in concept design. The overall balance of displays, the balance between stillness and movement, was designed as a unique museum in Japan. We have received unanimous opinions from visitors that they would like to visit again because of the easy-to-understand displays. Wonder Life BOX 2020" is a facility opened in Panasonic Center Tokyo that proposes Panasonic's concept of "A Better Life A Better World in 2020" using the cloud computing at displays. The tour will be conducted in the form of a tour, and visitors will be able to experience the facility through demonstrations by attendants, followed by an exchange of opinions in a meeting room inside the facility.
